Shipping Policy

All Shadow Box shipments are insured for the value of the contents (unless shipping insurance is not available in your country).

All shipments are shipped within one (1) business day (sometimes the same day)    

We combine shipping on masks, stickers and shot glasses, but if you’re also buying a Shadow Box, masks will be shipped separately since the Shadow Boxes are shipped in custom boxes.

USA shipments: shipped via USPS

International shipments: (Please read)

We use 3 shipping methods for international shipping:

USPS First Class International This shipping method normally takes 1-2 weeks, but it can take up to 6 weeks if it gets delayed by customs. USPS provides a “tracking” number for this shipping method, but it only confirms that the package has been has been shipped, it will not track your package. If you choose this shipping method there will be no way to tell where your package is while in transit.

USPS Priority International (usually 7-14 business days). This method includes delivery status information with accurate tracking. If you would like a faster shipping method and want to be able to track your package, please choose USPS Priority International or Express Mail International.
