Return Policy

WHAT can be returned?
All products are returnable IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased. Please use the same box and packaging when returning product. There will be a re-stocking fee of 20% of the product price for all returns except for returns that are due an error on the part of LibertyFox.com (wrong item, wrong quantity, etc.).

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
No later than 15 days after receiving product.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, product can be returned to the address provided in the email authorizing the return.

SHIPPING for returns?
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns,  except for returns that are due an error on the part of LibertyFox.com (wrong item, wrong quantity, etc.).

CREDIT for returns?
You will be refunded, once the item is inspected and received, MINUS our 20% restock fee.

Product Packing Materials?
Please use the same box and packing material when returning products.

Damaged During Shipping?
If product is damaged during shipping, email notification to libertyfoxshop@gmail.com must be made within 3 (three) days of receiving the product. Please send a picture of the damage and the shipping box when notifying us. We will file a claim with the carrier, please do not give the damaged product back to the carrier, as this will delay the processing.
